About
Twenty years of shipping things that had to work.
Kaidava is an AI product studio. We build AI software for businesses, and we build our own products with the same hands.
The engineering behind it is not new. It is two decades of production systems: telephony and real time voice, payments and electronic signatures, healthcare data, retrieval over documents, multi tenant platforms, geospatial systems, and mainframe banking that predates most of the industry. Twelve of those years were spent working remotely with teams in Australia and the United States.
That history is the point. AI is easy to demo and hard to ship. What makes an AI system survive contact with real users is the same thing that has always made software survive: correct integration, honest failure handling, and someone who has been through an outage at two in the morning and does not want to repeat it.
How we work
We tell you if you do not need us
Plenty of problems do not need a custom build, and some do not need AI at all. Saying so costs us a project and earns something worth more.
We build the unhappy path first
Anyone can demo the case where everything works. The value is in what the system does when the model is unsure, the integration times out, or the caller says something nobody predicted.
We stay after launch
The first month live is where an AI system either becomes good or quietly rots. That is the month most vendors are already selling to someone else.
What else we have built
Voice agents and AI integration are what we lead with. They are not the whole of it.
Our own products
We build products as well as client work, and we say plainly which is which. They are in development, not shipped, and we will not pretend otherwise.
